Firm Bio

Gallinger Law was founded in 2005 by attorney Todd Gallinger to provide services to small to mid-sized businesses and their leaders. Mr. Gallinger graduated from the University of California and the George Washington University Law School, both with honors. He has had a wide array of work experience within the legal field in Southern California, including at large firms, in-house with the Boeing Company and with various civil rights groups . Additionally, he spent several years with a small boutique litigation in Washington, DC firm working primarily on cases involving National Security.
In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Gallinger also has in-depth business experience, including acting as a marketing consultant to technology firms. Mr. Gallinger was also an entrepreneur involved in an import-export business in the Middle East and the liquidation of excess merchandise using emerging technologies. In short, he has seen many aspects of the legal and business worlds.
This diverse background gave Mr. Gallinger a unique perspective as to what a law firm should provide to its business clients. In order to fulfill this vision, he created a law firm geared specifically towards the business needs of its clients, without any of the unnecessary formalities or overhead of larger law firms. Gallinger Law has also focused on using technology to work more efficiently and connect with clients across vast distances. All this allows Gallinger Law to offer excellent and cost-effective legal services to businesses and their leaders.
Over the years, Gallinger Law has grown, both in numbers of staff and in the services offered to clients. Our firm is able to assist clients with many matters related to business, such as: Real Estate, Estate Planning, and Immigration. Gallinger Law offers these services to assist its clients in additional areas of their business and personal lives.
Since its founding, Gallinger Law has been committed to community service. Our attorneys and staff have volunteered with the Public Law Center, the Orange County Food Shelter, the Orangewood Children’s Home, participated in the Susan G. Koman Walk for the Cure and the Orange County Bar Association’s Call-a-Lawyer Day, and contributed time working on pro-bono cases with the American Civil Liberties Union and other civil right groups. Mr. Gallinger also speaks and writes often on legal subjects, including serving as a regular legal columnist for InFocus Newspaper.
Of course, our story is not yet completed. At Gallinger Law, we continue to strive every day to better serve our clients and community.
