At Gallinger Law we believe that Community Service is one of the most vital. Mr. Gallinger and staff are always trying to give back to the community. We feel that this dedication sets Gallinger Law apart from other law firms.
Our lawyers and staff play active roles in the communities where they live and work. We contribute time to a wide spectrum of community service projects, and serve on boards and committees of various arts and civic organizations.

- Todd Gallinger has been a speaker for the University of California, Irvine’s Pre Law Society regarding “Careers in the legal profession”
- Todd Gallinger ran for Irvine City Council in 2008, achieving over 22,000 votes
- Todd Gallinger represented Plaintiffs in two class action lawsuits in 2007, both related to the long term failure of the US Government to process the naturalization applications of lawful residents. The first, Aziz v Gonzalez, was filed in the Central District of California and the second, Zhang v. Gonzales, was filed in the Northern District of California. Both cases were successful in that over 20 plaintiffs in the cases were granted citizenship, despite many waiting over five years. Additionally, these suits were part of a nationwide effort which resulted in greater funding for the offices performing background checks, resulting in a faster application process for naturalization applications and a safer America.
- Gallinger Law has participated in Fullerton Public Library events, including speeches on the 1st Amendment during banned book week in 2007
